Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Edu is a Composer, producer, arranger, piano and keyboard player. He has been composing and performing for numerous projects from broadcast to dance, film and multimedia for names as: Kodak, Coke, SAP, IBM, Adidas, Banco Itau, Pao de Acucar among others.

In USA has been working for HBO, Cinemax, Disney doing music and Sound Design. Edu has played with many bands and singers in Brazil, such as Jussara Silveira, DuoFel, Guilherme Vergueiro, Patricia Marx, Claudio Celso, Raul de Souza among others.

A recording artist himself, Edu's first CD, "Sentido das Águas" (The Meaning of the Waters), was given great reviews in Keyboard Magazine. He has since released his second CD, entitled "Ser" (Being), which is distributed throughout Brazil and had been nominated for the Sharp Music Award.

Now in Florida, he is composing and producing soundtracks for Music Libraries such as Boosey & Hawkes, ABACO, and 5 Alarm Music among others, and forming the band ATLANTICO with Ivo de Carvalho, a original smooth pop bossa project.
